SALES ASSOCIATE

Jacobs Homes, premier North Shore developer, seeks aggressive professional with proven track record.  Must have history of new construction sales with outstanding closing skills.  Extensive real estate experience is required.  Candidate will have knowledge of custom/semi-custom single-family and townhome developments.  Must be familiar with contracts, closings, blueprints and MLS.  A risk-taker, highly organized, with excellent oral and written skills.  Ideal candidate delivers outstanding sales presentation and takes pride in a professional appearance.  Responsibilities include maintaining a database, following-up on leads, generating weekly sales reports.  Computer Proficient.  Sales incentives will be offered.  On-site suburban sales locations.  Immediate openings.
